The Direct Compact Dispenser (DCD) has been designed for high-accuracy automatic dispensing of chemicals and dyes for textile printing and dyeing industries.
Customer input and VANWYK Experience have resulted in a modular construction that combines ease of operation with precision dispensing, high capacity and low investment.

Technique
The DCD dispenses through high-precision dispensing valves into a container on a high resolution digital scale. The dispense speed and accuracy are controlled by a variable pump speed and valve opening.
Versatile
The DCD uses pure liquid colours instead of cut colours. The unit is self-contained, requiring only power, water and compressed air.
Integration
The unit can be integrated into a fully automatic dispense line, combining colour dispensing, thickener dispensing, automatic mixing and container transport.
Storage
Stored dyes are filtered and circulated to prevent sedimentation, maintaining consistent concentration and flow characteristics.
Products that are stored in suppliers barrels can easily be replaced.
Filters can easily be replaced and cleaned.
Automatic mixing
The robotmixer can be fully integrated into the DCD colourdispenser with automatic infeed and outfeed and automatic control of the mixing process.
The robotmixer can be equipped with two mixing units. This allows one unit to mix the product while the other unit is washed.
Automatic transport
The DCD can be equipped with a fully automatic container transport system that can automatically select the right-size container.
To allow for an unattended operation we offer a wide rage of automatic container handling devices as conveyors, pushers and lifts.
