The Compact Dispense Line or CDL is Vanwyk’s universal answer to varying requirements for automatic compounding equipment.
The linear design with moving scale(s) is capable of dispensing 50 to 800 liquid components. The impressive dispensing speed and accuracy give the system an exceptional bandwidth regarding batch size, with smallest pour of 2 grams and largest batch of 1250 kg.

Technique
The dispense valves are opened by an electro-pneumatic valve actuator that travels above the valves.
The actuator is equipped with a servo motor to allow full proportional control of the valve opening.
Versatile
The CDL is equipped with two scales: one for the large amounts that require less accuracy and a smaller scale with limited capacity but high accuracy. This allows for an extremely wide range of pour sizes.
Safe and Clean
Dispensing takes place in an enclosed environment. If the enclosure is opened, dispensing stops immediately.
The CDL is equipped with drip trays that prevent product from unintentionally reaching the dispense container.
