The MAX is Vanwyk’s answer to laboratories’ ever-rising demand for speed and turnover in their sampling processes.
By dispensing calibrated quantities of ingredients simultaneously, volumetric sampling compresses the dispensing process into a much shorter timeframe, allowing perfumers and their assistants to iterate through many more formulations.
The MAX sets a new benchmark in volumetric dispensing:
Speed
Ingredients dispensed simultaneously at 60g/min. A high-speed gravimetric mode (sequential dispensing) is also available for some or all ingredients, as set by the user.
Sustainable
An operational methodology that does not require constant recalibration, disposable parts or expensive and time-consuming maintenance.
Accurate
Smallest dosing quantity with a I% tolerance is 0.2g.
Easy
Automatic calibration and uncomplicated operation, with ingredients stored in quick-link PVDF tanks on the unit. Off-unit storage in bottles or drums is also possible.
Petite
Measuring 2.5m x 0.7m (height 2.1 m), the MAX fits through a standard door.
Modular
Multiple units can be combined and linked by a transport system adapted to your needs.
- A tailored transport system takes dispense pots through the MAX under two dispense heads – each connected to 96 ingredients – sequentially.
- Ingredients are dispensed simultaneously at the rate of I g/sec; batch dosing time is determined by the ingredient with the largest volume in the recipe.
- Up to 192 ingredients are stored in bespoke PVDF storage tanks on the unit; all hoses in the machine are also made of airtight PVDF.
- For calibration and for high-speed gravimetric operation, a scale is included in the system: max. 6 kg; accuracy to 0.00I g.
- The MAX can be incorporated via the Camelot software package into the sampling and production output of other Vanwyk machines.
